SpinADate Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SpinADate ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are using the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to bind them.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

You may contribute reviews, photos, and other content to the app. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant SpinADate a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share it within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may review or remove content using automated tools and human moderation, and we reserve the right to take down any content that violates these terms.

SpinADate uses artificial intelligence to suggest date spots and local events. These recommendations are generated based on your preferences and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that a listed venue is open, available, or accurately described. Please verify details such as hours, pricing, and location directly with the venue before visiting.

Some features require a paid subscription (the "Events Pro" plan). Payment is processed securely through Base44 Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; any change takes effect at your next renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Our Doggie Day Out feature lets you take part in shelter programs. SpinADate is not affiliated with any shelter and does not control shelter animals, policies, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for following the shelter's rules and instructions while participating. SpinADate is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in a shelter program.

You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, scrape data, submit fraudulent submissions, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

SpinADate, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other protected elements except as needed to use the app as intended.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinADate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its recommendations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
